Abstract

Mining career way is accompanied by the destruction of land and the creation of natural and industrial complexes, which are a mixture of different quality indicators rocks. First they settled bacteria and plant seeds from neighboring old plowed land, which is the basis of origin of the microbe-plant associations and soil specific process. It is shown that the maximum number of microorganisms there are in the spring, followed by an abrupt decline in the fall. Their total number depends on hydrothermal conditions and soil properties of natural and industrial complexes. Microbial communities form groups of physiological groups of microorganisms that are capable of extreme conditions in industrial environment to perform stable operation.Found that kulturfitotsenozy help to increase the number of microorganisms to a few hundred million to1 gof sample and stabilization of microbial community structures according to the physicochemical properties of natural and industrial complexes. The greatest ecological and biological relative conformity technological environments showed alfalfa and sainfoin due to its unique ability to translocation (vnutryshnotkanynnomu redistribution) of nutrients and energy in that its part which most needs it.Experimentally proved that the overall biological productivity of alfalfa and sainfoin on variants without fertilizers was 14–18 t/ha (air-dry weight), including up to 11 t/ha of roots, of which 74–87 % was centered in the layer 0–40 cm. The advantage by weight of the underground part of the overground are the result of plant adaptability to difficult conditions, natural and industrial complexes. The method of determining the ecological and biological characteristics of root systems by laying down the structure and characteristics of their location, are calculated surface length and saturation of the soil roots. Experimentally confirmed that the total weight of the unit root surface and the length can vary and depend on the quality properties of natural and industrial complexes: 1 groots sainfoin 3-year life of the bulk layer of black soil 0–40 cm (without fertilizer) accounted for 97 см2 the surface and 11 m in length and with a reddish-brown clay – under 141 см2 and17 meters. Saturation rock roots directly proportional to their mass.It is proved that the real means of converting natural and industrial complexes in the lands kulturfitotsenoz is implementation, which together with microorganisms and other biota become nodal centers of concentration of elements of soil fertility and is the basis for establishing consortial relationships – component of a soil.
