Modernization of rural communities and the financial mechanism to ensure their development
Abstract
Necessity and measures to ensure the modernization of rural territorial communities inUkraineas the structural elements that are both basic element of administrative-territorial and fiscal system of the country.In the context of today’s system reforms grounded ways of strengthening the role of local governments in enhancing business life in rural economic space and strengthening of their financial ability to self-financing and financial self-sufficiency. There are a corresponding improvement in the financial and economic mechanism of formation of incomes of local budgets on the basis of the tax capacity of local territorial economic systems. In this regard, it is proposed to provide them with the status of the subject of socio-economic relations, the respective authority, responsibility and financial resources.References
