Abstract

The spatial variability of mechanical impedance of the sod lithogenic soil on the loess has been studied. The 3D-map analysis reveals that there is confidence gradient of the penetration resistance increase from top soil layers to down. The horizont heterogeneity of the soil cover may be seemed as sites with increased soil mechanical impedance as 2,5–4 m lump. The potuscule-ariduscule mosaic structure of the sod lithogenic soils on the loess has been stated to be geomorphogenic nature.
