Анотація

Успішний розвиток національної та глобальної економік відбувається під впливом поширення знань, освіти, інформації, що сприяє накопиченню людського капіталу. Поява нової економіки, в якій знання збагачують всі галузі виробництва, призводить до підвищення інтересу дослідників до людського капіталу національної економіки.В цей час зростає значення не тільки обґрунтування ролі людського капіталу як основи компетенцій та стратегій для ефективного використання та управління людськими ресурсами та знаннями, але й формування системи людського капіталу національної економіки.В статті вирішено питання формування ефективної та дієвої системи людського капіталу в національній економіці, визначення особливостей функціонування людського капіталу як соціально-економічної форми нематеріального капіталу економіки, заснованої на знаннях.Наведена у дослідженні система людського капіталу національної економіки стає необхідною базою формування ефективного механізму підйому національної економіки.
